I feel obligated, for the sake of truth and honesty, to address several of the claims being falsely made on our behalf.

So, for the individuals who are up in arms over my lack of “encapsulating the dark side of Down syndrome”, I here offer you just that.
I sat in awe of what we have endured, with gratitude and a tinge of anger.
A new idea, a truth of worth, a proclamation etched into my skin.
Blessed yet again, with a realization of how powerful, simple and instant love can be.
...waves of nausea, eye-twitching, sleep deprivation, heaviness of chest, contracting throat, and liquefied knees....that about sums up where I am at.
Concern has oozed from the faces of good, kind, yet mistaken people.
Doctor appointments, physical therapies and early interventions simply aren’t going away. I can try powering through with an attitude of annoyance, or develope a alternate system. I need to master making it to and through appointments, with all the littles.
